Mike S at JF Jacobs is the real deal when it comes to commercial HVAC. His knowledge is next-level—whether it’s diagnosing tricky system issues or laying out clean, efficient installs, the guy just gets it. On top of that, he’s professional, easy to work with, and carries himself with confidence.

During the winter, my boiler was having issues and John came out, got it cleaned out and it’s up and running great keeping the building warm.

I Reached out to J.F. Jacobs for emergency service for my reach in cooler that went down. They came same day, got me up and running and I didn’t lose product. Anthony and his crew were fabulous.

I work at a children's camp and retreat center, and one day this past week, we suddenly smelled natural gas coming from our furnace room. After we got the situation under control, I called JF Jacobs to come and get our furnaces running again. They came out that evening (after normal business hours) and assessed the problem quickly and devised a plan. They came back the next morning and solved what turned out to be a rather complex problem. Jake and Cody, the two technicians, were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and creative. They understood the urgency to get our furnaces running again for our guests. Anthony, the manager also came out to lend his expertise. I felt that JF Jacobs really valued my business and gave their very best effort. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend JF Jacobs. We will be using them exclusively from now on. Five stars!

Highly recommend if you're in need of repairs! I went through numerous hvac companies for my restaurant before I found JF Jacobs. They are over an hour away and still make time for us every time we need them. They're quick, professional, do great work, and are responsive even outside of business hours. I honestly have very old equipment that requires a lot of repair/replacement and these guys outdid themselves where others didn't want to take on the huge job.
